Add anything

Paste a link or drop in text. ListenMore fetches the article and strips away the clutter, leaving just the words.

Voices worth hearing

Studio-quality AI voices that are easy to listen to for an hour straight, with playback speed that remembers your preference.

Keeps playing, screen off

Real background playback with lock-screen controls — on iPhone, Android, and desktop. Lock your phone and keep listening.

Don't take our word for it. Take theirs.

Six studio-quality voices, no sign-up required to hear them. Press one and listen — this is exactly how your articles will sound.

Pick a voice per document, and change it whenever you like.

For the reading list you never get to

The problem was never that you didn't want to read it. It's that reading needs your eyes, your hands, and a quiet half hour. Listening needs none of those.

The commute you were wasting

Queue up the long reads on Sunday and get through them on the way to work. Playback keeps going with the screen off, so your phone can stay in your pocket.

Newsletters that pile up unread

Paste the ones you actually meant to read. ListenMore pulls out the article text and leaves the navigation, the ads, and the footer behind.

Reports and documents at work

Paste in the text of a memo, a spec, or a long thread and hear it once end to end before you sit down with it. It's a surprisingly good first pass.

Reading along when it matters

For dense material, follow the text on screen while it plays — the current sentence is highlighted as it's spoken, so it's easy to find your place again.

How it works

  1. 1

    Save an article

Anything you don't have time to read — a link or pasted text.

  2. 2

    It becomes audio

ListenMore turns it into natural speech in seconds.

  3. 3

    Press play

And get on with your day — it keeps playing, even locked.

What happens later

Paid plans, eventually

Generating audio costs us real money, so at some point there will be a paid plan for people who want more than an hour a week. We'd rather tell you that now than surprise you with it later.

  • The free tier is not going away — an hour a week stays free
  • We'll tell you before anything about pricing changes
  • No card on file today means nothing can be charged by surprise
  • Your library and your audio stay yours either way

What you're handing over

Signing up for a new app means handing over a bit of trust. Here's exactly what that amounts to — and what it doesn't.

No password to hand over

You sign in with Google, so we never see or store a password of yours. Revoke our access from your Google account whenever you want.

No credit card

There is no card on file and no payment step, so there's nothing to forget to cancel and nothing that can quietly start billing you.

Your library is private

What you add is visible to you and nobody else. There's no public feed, no sharing by default, and no browsing other people's libraries.

Not sold, not used for ads

We don't sell your data and we don't use your content for advertising. Your articles are stored to run your library, and that's it.

The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Questions people ask first

What does it actually cost?

Nothing right now. During our free trial period every account gets one hour of audio generation per week, and there is no paid plan to buy yet. When paid plans arrive, we'll tell you before anything changes.

What happens when I use up my hour?

New audio pauses until the budget resets on Monday. Everything already in your library keeps playing as much as you like — replays never count against the hour. You can see how much you have left at the top of your library.

How much reading is an hour of audio?

Roughly six to ten substantial articles a week, depending on length — a typical long-form magazine piece runs about eight to ten minutes of audio.

Do I need to install anything?

No. ListenMore runs in your browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it behaves like an app. There's also an optional Chrome extension that sends the page you're reading straight to your library.

Does it really keep playing with my phone locked?

Yes. Audio continues with the screen off and shows up on your lock screen and in your car, with the usual play, pause, and skip controls.

What kind of things can I add?

Links to articles, blog posts, and newsletters, or text you paste in yourself. Pages behind a hard paywall or a login usually can't be fetched, but pasting the text always works.

What do you do with the things I add?

We store them so we can turn them into audio and keep them in your library, and we keep a running count of how much audio you've generated to enforce the weekly budget. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@listenmore.app and we will delete it. Your data is removed within 30 days, apart from backups that take longer to fully purge.

Your reading list isn't getting shorter.

Add one article, press play, and see what it feels like to finish something on the way to work. It takes about a minute, and it's free.
